Super staff. Got early check-in and safe parking. Good mattress (slightly rough sheets) strong hot water. Street side of hotel gets traffic noise. Great location by Expo center but all the EXPO area is a bit of a food desert. They will call a private car service for you.

Very clean and simple. Great water pressure in shower (not found in many places in Mexico). Very close to the Expo Hall. And easy ride on bus to the city center or a quick taxi ride tha the hotel can arrange.

Staff, room amenities, not guest oriented.

El peor hotel que me e quedado en la vida la persona de recepción bien sangrona las camas con chinches y olor a humedad la puerta no abría y lo que ven en las imagen nada que ver pésimo no recomendable

Ac damage on our first room. They couldn’t fix it but provide us with fans. Second room second day ac was leaking and door lock wouldn’t work so the provide with physical keys.

Atencion. Y todo muy bien. Sólo el estacionamiento es limitado.

Es un hotel que recomiendo ampliamente, desde el personal, limpieza, ubicación, todo estuvo excelente. Ahí mismo tienen algunas opciones para paseos. Es un lugar que se gana todo mi respeto y confianza.

If I were to travel for business without my wife. I most definitely would stay at this hotel. I would say for the price point, it is a great value. Fresh coffee and cookies are offered early in the morning which is much appreciated. Angel the receptionist was super helpful and accommodating.
