Great location, walkable to everything, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Rooms felt tight but had everything we needed.

We booked this location based on other overall ratings but I would say its actual score is average. No WOW factor and one incident with one of the staff left us feeling a little annoyed…. Details of the situation are not important but let’s just say when

Excellent hotel to get away from it all and just relax. Karol and Lauren made the stay more pleasant with hospitality and awesome breakfast. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Great place! Super cute. Best part, walking distance to absolutely everything! Including the beach. We had the best time here. Staff was great!

The building is U shaped with the rooms overlooking the beautiful pool in the center. The room had great AC and was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly even offering to let us borrow beach chairs if needed. Breakfast each morning by the pool was fantastic. Located in the center of town made it easy to walk to restaurants, the beach or shopping. Glad I chose it!

I had a great stay at Ten North in Tamarindo. I felt welcomed immediately by Juan at the front desk and my stay was perfect until I left. The room was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly r.

Excellent central location, clean and has very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice private pool and area. Can be a little noisy from the skate park however still a great place to stay. Would recommend.

My husband and I loved staying here for 10 days . The staff was amazing- very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and town. Like others have said - it can be loud at night from the local clubs, but each room has a sound machine and it never kept us awake. I think a room on the second floor will help with noise reduction. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely little hotel five minutes from beach. Comfy beds, great bedding and towels, super pool, fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff.

Very well run property close to everything needed . Parking can be a challenge if you have a car keep that in mind . All is in walking distance and handy . The morning bfast was good and costa rica feel. Overall excellent stay if u r a fan of tamirindo and a busy area.

Great place to stay, right in the heart of downtown. Min walk to the beach and restaurants all around. Facilities clean and kept well. Bed comfortable. One concerns as the amount of mosquitos I had in my room. Everything was closed consistently but still was killing them on the walls or bed. Hope this was just one time issue to me. Didn’t let it ruin my stay

There were very few parking spots, and you needed to slide a heavy gate open and shut as you drove or walked on and off the property. However, a small inconvenience. The rooms were pleasantly updated and lovely. We really enjoyed out stay there.

This was a nice place. Full of warmth smiles and great hospitality! I LOVED the cook! No Continental breakfast here! They have a cook! The smoothie was great along with Costa Rica coffee! I enjoyed my stay! I would definitely stay here again. The location was great walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. For the value it was great!

The property was very well located. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was made fresh and served by the pool. There was a grocery store across the street and many nearby dining options. The beach was minutes away.

First lemme say this place is fine for what it is Very cheap But we ended up moving hotels after the second night Shower curtain is very old and gross and runs on you while you shower cause it’s so ball and dosnt really drain Very old dirty bsthmath they should just throw it out Toilet pater holder is broke Sink smells like sulfur and there was an old sandwich in the fridge We left early and went to Diria beach hotel Also no chairs baby pool like photo shows

The staff we so friendly and the place was a perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. We loved sitting outside our room enjoying the delicious breakfasts, or having evening drinks and playing cards. The room was very comfortable too and it was great having a fridge to stock snacks and drinks. Highly recommend!!
