Hotel staff is very nice. Parking lot is small in front, but plentiful, and I greatly appreciated that there was not a parking surcharge. The room was also small, but was very clean and a perfect efficiency room for my 1 night stay. Good WiFi and quiet, safe area. I would stay here again. Just a word of caution: if you don’t need housekeeping, make sure to put your do not disturb tag on the door. Housekeeping arrived around 9AM, attempting to enter the unit, although checkout was at 11AM. Not a major issue, but something to be mindful of.

The property is convenient to the freeway, shopping, and dining. The only drawback is that there is no microwave in the rooms or in the common areas.

We were greeted at check in with the most friendly and helpful staff! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

I have stayed here in the past and this time, coming down to help my Dad, it was the same. Staff cares about trying to keep the place up to standards and clean (hard to do with aging buildings, but they seem to instill some pride in most of their staff...it's great) If the times and price match up, I would definitely stay here again.

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

Our room was good for the price, the parking is so small and hard to get in and out of your vehicle and the lot. House keeping walked in to my room without announcing themselves at 8am when check out is at 11, that was horrible. we felt like we had to get out ASAP.

The staff were very nice. It’s an old building the toilet sounded like it was going to take off when you flushed it. Everything was clean.

The room seemed remodeled within the last 4 to 5 years. The room was quiet and clean. It did take a while for the water to get hot and the shower head leaked, though staff did fix that after being notified. The towels were smaller than average and very thin. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and eateries/shopping areas.

I am staying on the 2nd level, you would heard people walking upstair at 11pm. Of course, it still depends on your luck if you might get anyone staying right on top of you or not! Overall, I rate 4 stars for my whole experience! Staffs are nice, location is very convenient. The room is acceptable

Loved how accommodating and kind the staff was. The room was great, clean, and had good amenities, but I wish it came with a microwave. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The property is near the exit/entrance of the freeway so you can hear the traffic but it's not too bad at night. You can hear it more in the morning/day time. The parking is extremely tight. Our overall experience was that we were comfortable and I slept nicely. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff very kind.

The Pleasant Inn is a bit older, but the staff has kept it in very good condition. Large room and comfortable bed. They are located very near to both the 805 and 163 freeways for convenience.
