The staff was great and very polite. Also, the breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the area was easy to park. It could have better Wi-Fi services inside the bedroom.

Great place if you wanna enjoy Joaquina Beach on a sunny day. It’s quiet and literally a few steps from the best beach in Florianopolis. It’s also easy to get an Uber back to Lagoa da Conceição where there’s more options of dining, entertainment and nightlife.

The hotel room was dirty,small, the window was broken witch wasn’t safe at all. I refuse to sleep in those beds. I ask for another room the receptionist was rude also didn’t speak Portuguese he is from Argentina shouldn’t work at front desk. I finally ended up paying more for another room. the breakfast was horrible, everything was ready too expire, dirty dishes, employees was super rude. I did not recommend for anyone.

Very nice place

The location is great and so are the employees. Very friendly and pleasant staff however the hotel rooms are in need of a make over or urgent upgrade. Also the breakfast can be better such as adding more selection to it.Can’t still understand how come eggs, bacon or sausages were never a choice during the breakfast. I love the location but would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel comfort is terrible for the charged rate. The mattress is horrible. The A/C system is outdated and covers only the bedroom. The remaining area (with two extra-beds) do not have any A/C. The Wi-Fi does not work inside the bedroom. The breakfast is good, but the food is exposed to the flies and other insects.

Hotel simples mas funcinal. Funcionarios simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã razoável. Recomendo 😊

Excelente localização. Funcionários super cordiais. Ambiente limpo e organizado. Ar condicionado no quarto e troca de toalhas diárias. Muito bom! Voltaremos em breve com certeza. Vista da praia incrível. Não alugamos carro, pois preferimos nos deslocar de Uber.

Equipe, comodidade confortável

O quarto em que estive (412) estava muito mal cuidado, com ferrugens, janela quebrada, cortina blackout que não fecham direito. A Internet por Wifi funcionava de modo muito instável e falha, e quase não tinha sinal no meu celular não pegava, o que atrapalhou a organização.

Sem Internet, muito barulho, o beiral do quarto sem forro, o vento entreva e fazia barulho 24 horas.

Parabenizo todos Funcionários do Hotel. Adorei o hotel, Suítes frente pro Mar, Limpeza espetacular, muito limpo. Gostei da Piscina, e das dependências do hotel. Parabéns. Só achei o quarto muito básico, tipo só tinha 1 copo, mesmo se precisar de algum prato, ou qualquer utensílios na cozinha, não era disponível, então deixou a desejar. Precisei de um saca rolha pra Vinho e não tinha. O controle da Tv estava quebrado, tive que solicitar outro. E achei que faltou um lixeiro no quarto. Café muito Básico, não gostei. Mais voltaria outra vez.
