Hotel was good especially with the facilities and staff, breakfast and other Its Fort St. John so the area was what is expected of the place a little dirty with plenty of homeless

Had a problem with the TV in the room and a young lady from the front desk went as far as completely changing the cable box with another.

It's a decent place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are in many regards better than average for this price range. Mattresses and pillows good. The kitchenette is quite well equipped although as seen in the pictures quite small (thank you for stainless steel pots and pans!). I do have a some concerns in recommending the place whole heartedly. My first night was on the ground floor and the sound insolation between floors is poor. You could hear every footstep in the suite above. I subsequently was moved to the 4th floor which was a huge improvement. Also, the gym is small and in need of updating/better equipment.

It’s spacious and clean

Half the lights in the room didn’t work and the usb and plug on the lamp didn’t either.

Greeted politely at check in. Room was not quite ready but clerk offered to store our luggage. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room.

Restaurant and lounge attached. Hotel was fully booked but was relatively quiet on 4th floor.

Did not get the room i book for , book a room with a separate room, plus a queen bed , and a kitchen, because of having a dog , only certain room are available , no where in there web site , they said only certain room are available ,,, still charge me for the price of the suit ,, and what the invoice said .. the reason I needed a separate bedroom is that my husband snoring keep me awake all night ,, no second bed ,it was a coach ,that was not conformable at all , that my husband has to sleep on the same bed then me ,, so for 4 night I didn't sleep.. my husband is not a complainer , he said will never stay there again ,,, the kitchen was a joke, i have to go buys dish clothes, utensils, bowls,

Beautiful hotel. Very large, spacious room, with nice sitting area. The room was immaculate and well appointed. The breakfast was very good and Olena, the hostess on top of everything.

Location was great for our time spent in FSJ

Great place to stay in FSJ. Nice to have the Denny's restaurant attached to the hotel as well. Only issue is the hot tub as been out of service for a long time now. Was a bit disappointing since it was a 5 night stay. Otherwise great hotel

They had a very nice breakfast, the rooms were clean and more roomy than most.

Dishes, remotes were dirty in the room.
