We love staying here up until yesterday that is. We are 2 senior citizens with a lmedium dog we took in and 2 teacup chihuahua's that are 12 and 14 yrs old. We have been being harassed and bullied and lied to by one of the security guards here abiut keeping the 2 old dogs on a leash when we take them out at 2.am. they don't chase people they don't bite and we have repeatedly explained that they have never used the bathroom on a leash, which is why we don't put them on one when they use the bathroom outside. Once they do I immediately pick them up and carry them the moment they go to the bathroom. The security guard called us at 2am last night threatening us, yelling at us, that he is calling corporate office on us for not putting them on a leash.! The bigger dog we do use a leash. It's 2 am .there were no people aroind and he lied and said it was management making him enforce that rule, however we found out today that management hasn't said anything, and that he takes it upon himself to enforce this rule! So not only did he lie about it but now he is calling us at 2am to threaten us over a rule that he is taking it upon himself to enforce. We have lived here a year, no one has complained about our dogs but him. I don't think it's right to be harassed by a security guard throwing a tantrum for not getting his way. I have a heart condition and feel bullied by this man. We don't have another place we can afford to go or we would.

Booked for 1 night. The room was dirty. The couch was ripped up. I dint know what room other reviewers got when they said it was clean, the rooms i booked was far from it.

Mold in the bathrooms, you can hear everyone talking and walking from other rooms, said non smoking room yet the entire property smelled like smoke, you can feel the springs in the bed. Bugs crawling on the wall. Honestly, wanted to leave but due to the work schedule I had out there I didn't have time to check out, load my belongings up and find another hotel that would be reasonably priced since it would be last minute.

I have children with me at my stay and had security person come to the door about a welfare check in the middle of the day. Not professional, not the supervisor on duty talked to me with respect. Don't recommend and oh they charge extra charges to your card if you ask for a sheet change if you stay here more than a day since you save more and it is encouraged to do an extended stay and they charge daily for housekeeping which is free anywhere else. Beware of hidden costs here.

Spacious and clean. Had some questionable people living there.

The property was dirty and had a terrible odor. If I had been able to cancel without penalty when we arrived I would have. There were shoe prints on the ceiling above one of the beds. How and why, I can only imagine. The property did not feel safe. It felt more like a homeless shelter than a hotel.

A excellent stay.

I like the kitchen and everything

I liked their washing machine area and the style of my suite. It did have an off smell about the room, which I couldn’t put my finger on. This is a pet friendly motel so I felt like it could be that. When wrapping up the decorative linen at the foot of the bed and storing it in a cubby, the smell did stop being so pugnent. It did make me question how well all of the linen and room had been cleaned prior to my arrival. My UberEats Order 2 for 1 meal had the second meal missing when left with the front desk staff, the next day suddenly the front desk seemed to implement a policy of drivers needing to wait for their customer instead of handing it to staff. Additionally, I worried that front staff had given access to someone to enter my room because there was slight damage like a warning sticker being removed from the blinds and other minor things when I had returned from gathering food. I am unsure if they ask for IDs from anyone who asks to replace the key card for a specific room number; but I assume that if they do not, someone may have gained access in this way. On my way out, I did have some difficulty returning my key to the front staff because a woman was heard training someone appearing to be a new employee behind the screen. I made sure to collect the name of the person who begrudgingly accepted my key under the bamboo divider after I refused to just leave without doing so. The ignoring of my request and behavior regarding the room key struck me as guilty.

Very clean at a good price

Room was clean, location was good. The smell as u got out of the elevator was horrible (pet smell was too strong) and as u get in the elevator u can also smell like (weed)

It’s about what you might expect for the cost. Not bad but not great. AC was noisy and the toilet started to make a weird hiss the last night. Area is not great. A quick overnight stay this place would be fine. Only 1 iron and ironing board for the hotel versus having one in each room was a bit bizarre but they were more than happy to provide one when asked.
