Casa Bouchon is one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It exudes a feeling of quiet and calm, which is the perfect break from busy city life. The food and wine were excellent and the staff are attentive. Highly recommended.

The staff were delightful. We ate both nights at the hotel with Claudia cooking the most excellent 4 course meal. The chocolate volcano dessert was world class.

From the warm welcome of Jean and his team, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. Attentive and anticipating our needs, we had a wonderful stay in this monastically chic, rustic but modern, well designed hacienda/ hotel. We were able to truly unwind and relax, with great food, wine and hospitality. Well worth the 35km off Ruta 5. This is the star among vineyard stays. Casa Bouchon is the exemplaire of what accommodation should be.

A equipe é ótima, o quarto confortável, a área ótima para descansar e relaxar. Os jantares foram ótimos e bem variados. Gostamos bastante. O que pode melhorar: - chuveiro do quarto 4 com pouca água (e demorava a esquentar). - o portão da propriedade fica a 2,5Km e você tem que ligar para pedir para abrir. Se não tiver telefone ou pacote de dados, não sei como fazer. Sugiro colocarem um interfone.
