Didn't help with bags on arrival. Didn't resolve issue with air con. Poor value for money. Hotel itself is quite tired. Avoid.

A great hotel in central Białystok close to all bars restaurants and ice cream shops . Very comfortable bed well stocked mini bar , I will definitely stay there again .

Excellent stay. The hotel is located in the city center with easy access everywhere. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is fantastic - everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. A special thank you to the check in staff for their patience and excellent attitude.

Probably the best location in Bialystok. Comfortable parking lot in the back.

It was very nice…great breakfast and room. Noisy in the alley behind the room. Parking was very chaotic. Front desk poor communication.

The towels were a little tattered. The carpets in the room could be cleaned.

Everything was good

We enjoyed our stay, our room looked over the courtyard/walking street but we heard no noise. The shower was an Italian shower with opening part way and we found no way to keep the water from getting to rug to step on when you get out of shower so used a spare towel to soak up water. No conditioner. Breakfast was very good and we slept well!
