We booked this room at $200/night because the implication on Orbitz was that it was a four star hotel. It is not a hotel - it is an old building with renovated guest rooms, and the elevator only starts from the 2nd floor (US).
Check in was at 3:00 but our train got in at noon. The person said that it would take an hour to get a room ready, but when we returned she made it clear that we were not getting a room until 3:00. We asked if there was a place to sit for a while, but the reception is in the stair well, and there is no common room, so we could not stay.
When we later arrived in our room we discovered that the bathroom was not a separately enclosed space. There was a sink with a frosted glass door to a toilet stall on one side and a similar door into the shower stall on the other side, such that it opened directly into the room. The shower also had two shower heads and a large mirror, but the room itself had no mirror except over the sink. We found this an unusual design choice.
Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked fine. There were a couple of pastries for us. The location was excellent for the tourist center- that is clearly what one is paying for.
Our main complaint is that we felt mislead as to the nature of the accommodations and would not have chosen to pay $200 for a guest room.
