The room is spacious, but not well maintained. But it's worth it for the price. The water is slow.

The room was clean and comfortable beyond expectations. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs with a lot of luggage.

The only convenience is that it is right in the old quarter, everything else is average. Minh booked a single room for 2 nights, the room was small, inconvenient, no place to store things, the musty smell combined with the smell of lemongrass essential oil was unpleasant. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water.

Everything is ok, I will probably book again, but the room is a bit moldy so there is a bit of a musty smell.

The location is near the center of the old town, the hostess is also friendly and helps us when we check in late, the room is also nice but the downside is that there is no elevator, poor soundproofing, the air conditioner and refrigerator are very noisy, the air conditioner is also broken. The room is not as described in the picture. The room smells musty, not soundproof. There is no space for storage, no wardrobe. The TV cannot be watched, like old TV, not connected to youtube. Weak wifi. The air conditioner is sometimes hot, sometimes cold, unstable operation. Overall bad, will not return.

Too terrible. Apart from the central location of the old town, everything is really bad. I spent more than 400k/night but the purpose of renting is only 5 hours from 2pm to 7pm to go to the airport. I mainly wanted a place to shower, but the room was too dirty, smelled musty, the toilet was not cleaned well. There were still leftover toilet paper and toothpaste caps from previous guests. My room was on the 4th floor (climbing stairs), a female traveler like me with a suitcase would have to leave it on the ground floor and not bring it up to the room. The wall was moldy and I didn't dare lean against the wall, the air conditioner smelled musty from the air conditioner, I was so scared that I turned it off and endured the heat. The blanket felt very old and smelly. Please consider carefully before booking.

I had a short trip to Hanoi, this was my first time to Hanoi. I was very lucky to book a very satisfactory room, the owner was extremely cute. The room was very good for a vacation.

Great hotel right in the middle of the Old Quarters. Spacious comfy room with good prices. Would totally recommend.

The bathroom is very large, the bedroom is just enough. There is air conditioning and hot water. Very suitable for those who need a place to sleep overnight.

Staff and owner or manager so friendly, even the old man as service staff can't to speak english but he very helpful when I get problem with another guest because they play the music from the room so loudly. The staff help me to remind them.

Khách sạn ngay khu phố cổ nên đi đến các địa điểm tham quan rất tiện. Mình ở phòng 1 người ngay tầng 1 luôn, phòng rộng và khá sạch sẽ, nhưng mà điều hoà chưa vệ sinh nên bị chảy nước và không được mát cho lắm(khách sạn nhớ sửa chữa nhé 😊) Chú quản lý rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Nếu có dịp đến Hà Nội nhất định sẽ quay lại

The room is quite clean and spacious. They provide towel, sandals, soap, shampoo, tissue, water heater and big mirror too. You can ask for laundry services too. Many food stall around, there ' s also bar, ATM, and you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake around 8-10min. What they need to upgrade is their staff quality. He can't speak english at all. So we need to use translate app at all times. And also they don't have elevator. So I need to walk up the stairs to 4th floor.

Kamar sangat luas dan lengkap 👍🏻 Lokasi juga strategis. Akan lebih baik jika hotel memiliki lift.

Room doesn't look like they shown at all. Hotel & room was old. Got some other part are already broken. Mattress was very hard & got stain on the bedsheet. Unpleasant smell in the room, we only stay in the room for 2 hours. I can't stand with the unpleasant smell. The toilet was obviously not like what they shown us. If you plan to get scammed by them, you can book here. Not recommended at all

The owner, security guard and staff are enthusiastic and take care of guests with dedication and thoughtfulness. If I have a chance to visit Hanoi, I will stay here again. The room and stairs are not very soundproof, so people should walk quietly and speak softly to avoid disturbing the surrounding rooms
