The beds where not too good and not climate on the room

Convenient location!

I never stayed at this facility….I’m sure after some REQUIRED and necessary changes….it will be a good stay for someone….just not me…..I need THE LUXURIOUS LIFE…for a fraction of the price with my husband Mr. Labossiere…

The towels were thin and had stains on them. The walls had noticeable brown marks. The fan on the ceiling had dust fuss stuck to the blades. One good thing was that the air conditioning worked well to keep the room cooler then outside.

Food is great service is excellent!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff was great and excellent breakfast. Very convenient and big rooms.

It is always a true pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable beds and pillows. Every person we encounter here is polite, friendly and professional.

The front desk staff was not attentive, she was socializing with her friends. When i asked about hot water in the shower, she just said there was nothing she could do.

Transportation wasnt included with the service, we have to pay special taxi cab

The room is spacious, clean and the bedding was amazingly comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful with my requests. The breakfast was delicious. I tried a different plate every day and they were all excellent. The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful attractions of Tuxtla. It’s only 15 minutes away from El Cañón del Sumidero! You must visit this beautiful park.

Odd location in a commercial strip center, but extremely comfortable room and suprisingly quiet. Great night's rest.

The hotel is clean, but the restroom is smelly and the area is not the must turisty. I would recommend just to pass the night

Good: breakfast included, it was good!, has A/C, convenience store downstairs, transportation easy access, clean! Bad: 6am water pump really awful noise, you can hear people downstairs talking, the shower head was terrible. If you want to sleep and rest pay more and go somewhere else. If you want to save money and stay in a decent place, this is a good one. I prefer to sleep well, I wont go back to this place again.

staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited, not great but adequate as was the room we had. Our one day here were nice, Would I stay here again?....yes!

A little hard to find but overall good and economic. Great food served!
