Fantastic property. Clean as a whistle. Beautiful! Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay this past weekend! We got upgraded to a larger room, which was huge! The bathroom was so clean, the room was perfect!! I asked for extra items and got them very quickly and with nice smiles. Every staff member we encountered was nice and friendly. We swam and the pool was clean with plently of pool towels! The breakfast was a hit for 2 mornings! What a great value for us to fill up on breakfast which made us ready to go out and explore quicker. Will definitely be staying at a Holiday Inn Express again! Nice work staff at the Evansville location!

It’s a shame that we got there at 2:15 and unless we wanted to pay $75 or join the hotel club we couldn’t check in until 3pm. That made for a frustrating start to our stay! The room was nice but the door stuck on the floor which was annoying. The beds were comfy. The pool was nice. The surrounding area had a lot. The breakfast was good.

Positive: Friendly staff, quick check-in Negative: Overall, clean room however, bathroom shower had mold/mildew. Also, we felt rushed to check out. Housekeeping came into the room at 9:30am to see if we were out. Also, we came from out of town and didn't know anything about the area. I was surprised that the front desk staff didn't know anything either. Both persons said they were new to the area and didn't know where anything was at either. We didn't get any welcome gift if were supposed to. We just were informed of the amenities of the facilities.

Everthing was good. The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located to shopping and dining.

Better than expected. Everything was great from check in to the condition and smell of the room. Breakfast was above and beyond the normal. Overall a great experience for a Holiday Inn Express-they have upped their game at this location.

Staff was kind, helpful and informative. Due to a water issue I had to change rooms. Staff was super apologetic and helpful with the move. Just an unexpected , everyone was very professional!!

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. There are plenty of dining options in the area and hotel guests receive a discount at Texas Roadhouse and Bar Louie which are both right across the street (within walking distance if it was a little warmer). The lady at the desk also offered us coupons for a couple of other nearby restaurants. We didn't have time to shop, but there is plenty of shopping around the area, as well. The hotel was clean and VERY quiet. The breakfast was one of the better "continental" breakfasts I have ever had. They even had bacon which is RARE! If we ever have the need to return to Evansville, this will be where we look to stay again.

Great breakfast, as always! The room was clean but does need some fixes in the bathroom - wallpaper is coming off in spots and just general wear issues as well. Overall a good stay.
