I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kazakhstan. The location is excellent—close to tourist attractions, parks, shopping malls, and lively areas, which made everything very convenient. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

The location is very strategic. The view from the room is really cool. Recommendation

Lack of staff. I have to brought 6 luggages by myself because they don't have a bellboy. The room was too small for 2 connecting rooms. The breakfast was so good and the restaurant staff was so nice.

We enjoyed our stay here and breakfast was a marvelous spread. Staff were friendly.
