The lack of personality and friendliness from the staff was disappointing. They don’t smile, or give any details about your stay, they barely speak to you and don’t even try to inform you of the amenities. I didn’t know there was an indoor pool, breakfast, coffee or a bar service. I noticed they had all this after I had to walk around and figure it out myself. Need better customer service skills at the front desk. They certainly had don’t care attitudes and hated their job.
