The room was comfortable and clean but we've never stayed in a motel/hotel that did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. We bought their "Starbucks " coffee for $4.25 each, weak and undrinkable.

Customer service at this hotel was terrible. The bar service at the bistro was a joke. Out of things to make the drinks on their menu. The "bar tender" yelling across the lobby to the Front Desk clerk to ask where things were. Asked the Front Desk for a second packet of coffee for our room so we could both have a cup and were told that they were out of regular coffee. The supply door was left open and we saw a could see 2 large boxes of regular coffee when we passed by. Staff appeared quite lazy and spent must of their time on their cell phones. There was a large stain on the ottoman in our room. Had to cover it with a towel.

I reserve a room with two bed when I Arrival to the checking process they tell me they don’t have room with two beds.

Clean, good size room, lots of restaurants around.

The check in and check out staff were both very friendly. The young man that checked us in informed us there was a problem with our original room and said he wanted to change us to a new room. He asked if we had a floor preference, and then said we could leave the luggage cart outside the room and he would come get it. My only issue was the room had 2 bottles of body wash and a bottle of conditioner in the shower, and no shampoo. But luckily we always bring our own for backup.

The gentleman that took care of our reservations was awesome. Can't remember his name but I do know he's from Jamaica! Wonderful guy. Our tv didn't work and he got us another room no problem. Very nice guy! Thank you it was nice talking! Michelle Hays

The lack of personality and friendliness from the staff was disappointing. They don’t smile, or give any details about your stay, they barely speak to you and don’t even try to inform you of the amenities. I didn’t know there was an indoor pool, breakfast, coffee or a bar service. I noticed they had all this after I had to walk around and figure it out myself. Need better customer service skills at the front desk. They certainly had don’t care attitudes and hated their job.

The room was excellent. The facilities not so good. Laundry room - the Washing machine had black scum inside it - i needed to clean it before i used it. The drier had lint and hairs within it. The Starbucks arrangement for breakfast is a joke. This is not well communicated. It says on card "one hot entree" but you do not know what is available. The staff was friendly but not very forthcoming or engaging. on first morning i gave up and had a yoghurt, on second morning i tried again but lost the will to persevere -i had a muffin. so dissapointed in the PROCESS.

The hotel was very good. It's been years since i have been to a hotel that does not provide free coffee, and when you wanted to buy one they had 1 staff doing coffee, making breakfast, taking orders and cleaning up. This slowed the process quite a bit. Took almost 20 minutes to even order our breakfast. The rooms were outstanding and very comfortable.
