very nice budget hotel, good location, clean and comfortable.

A lovely budget hotel in a Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome, clean, quiet room. Bathroom small by North American standards but not out of the ordinary in Europe. Close to everything, Fontainebleau Chateau is close, ( to enter the grounds) and the ticket booth about 15 minutes away. Place de la Republique is perhaps a 7 minute walk away, with a lovely market three times a week. Dining options are many, varied and close by, (il Primo Biaccio a great Italian place). We did not avail ourselves of the offered breakfast so can’t comment, and arrived by train, a lovely 30 minute walk mostly through a park, so can’t comment on parking either.. highly recommended. (Though not if you are expecting modern North American chain hotel standards)

Very friendly, family run hotel. Good value for money and so convenient to the Chateau and gardens. We arrived early and they kindly let us have our room rather than wait until 4:00 pm.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. There was no kettle in the room and the coffee machine didn't work in the entry way. The walls were thin as we could hear the television in the room next door. The breakfast was ok, but I wouldn't suggest getting it.

The rooms are very basic with cupboard style shower enclosures, but very clean and functional. The breakfast is basic, even by Continental standards. Reception is not resident after fairly early in the evening, and gaining access was easy when you read the sign posted at the door, but you will need a phone or, take with you, the entry code, which I didn’t realise I had. I thought it was concerning the WiFi. My normal Ibis accommodation was full so based on the hotel reviews and an excellent price, I thought I would give it a go. Unfortunately, with a low price, brings the hotel into the affordability range of inconsiderate imbeciles, like the ones in the next room to me. A couple singing, having noisy sex, and arguing until 03-00 when a guests from another adjacent room remonstrated. They then decided to shower until finally it went quiet around 05-00. Not good to set you up for business slightly later in the day. Not the hotel’s fault but the paper thin partition walls did nothing to dampen the sound. Not my first choice next time, but I would have rated it better had it not been for my temporary neighbours.

Convenient location but hotel just ok. Fire alarm during night and no one at front desk. Took 5 a10 minutes for someone to arrive and turn it off. No message that all was ok. No parking.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and it's proximity to restaurants and the chateau of Fontainebleau. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff was also very friendly.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral. Schade das der Check in so spät ist, das verhindert sich das Schloss von Innen anzusehen. War leider nur einen Tag dort. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Auch für die sichere Unterbringung meines Fahrrads wurde prompt gesorgt. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Einzig beim Betreten des Zimmers weht einem etwas muffige Luft entgegen. Ich würde das Hotel noch einmal buchen

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, accueil chaleureux, personne disponible pour nous indiquer un restaurant. Petit déjeuner copieux, on reviendra

Petit hôtel « familial ». Bien situé. Bon accueil, chambre 8 simple, literie de qualité. Seul bémol une mauvaise odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner bien fourni. Personnel très accueillant et à notre écoute. Hôtel le moins cher de Fontainebleau. Par contre difficulté de stationnement et/ou parking onéreux.

Chambre petite, mais très confortable et personnel vraiment adorable et au petit soin. Hôtel très bien placé par rapport au château et au centre ville, tout en étant au calme

Hotel idéalement situé près du chateau. Parking payant a proximité. Nous avions une chambre coté rue donc un peu bruyant. Personnel à l'écoute. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Une nuitée dans le centre ville de Fontainebleau à 2 pas du château pour mon fils et moi. Établissement qui fait penser à une pension familiale. Chambre très simple et SDB sanitaire très propre. Quartier très calme, aucun bruit extérieur. Petit déjeuner simple mais généreux. Parfait pour une halte touristique. En conclusion, hôtel 2* bien adapté pour la visite du château sur 2 jours

Très bon accueil lors de l'arrivée. Bonnes prestations. Excellente literie. Bon petit dejeuner avec un pain excellent. La dame qui prépare le petit dejeuner est très agréable.

Correct juste pensez à réparer la porte de la porte qui est vétuste
