We loved the layout of the room and the soundproof of the bathroom

Always a comfortable experience with their hotels. No complaints.

Barely got any sleep due to people above stomping around.

Everything was good except the ice machine didn’t work. That’s the 3rd one in a row

Staff was very nice, rooms were big, beds comfortable, breakfast was good. The trash can outside the front door was overflowing and trash was on the ground so the employees need to dump that more frequently.

Pros: The breakfast was great. Location is good. The hotel is relatively clean overall. Cons: Our shower only had very hot water (Room 411) The elevators are slow and the buttons shock you. A/C took all night to cool room from 75 to 72.

The stay was good. There was a pile of trash by the elevator when we arrived. Could have used a little touch up to the paint. Overall okay
