the bath room was really bad and the hot water didnt work

Even though sleeping here is comfortable and you get a balcony... it's a shame that because you booked using an app, you don't want to pay a hotel bill... aah, what a shame...

The fitness room needs a cleaning service to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment. The surrounding area also appears less than clean. The bedrooms are quite clean.

The location is close to the city center, the food is delicious, the room smells good, the room is clean, the swimming pool is also good.

That night, I checked in around 8:30 PM. I was very tired and wanted to rest. When I went up to the room, the card wasn't in its slot. I inserted it correctly, so I didn't suspect why the AC wasn't so hot. I thought it was the card's position. After showering and getting ready for bed, the AC still wasn't cold. I called the technician, but I asked to check from outside because I had changed into my pajamas. For a while, I started to get some fresh air. I went to sleep and woke up at 3 AM with a very hot and smelly toilet. But what could I do? I was very tired after a long day at work. Even the next day, I checked out at 1 AM, but it was still hot.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here.

When checking in, the repressionist was rude, there was no smile, he served me while playing with his cellphone, asked for an extra bed and was answered that he couldn't confirm it, after complaining to Traveloka, I wanted to cancel from a 4-day stay to 1 day that I couldn't, finally I was given an extra bed with a total of 2 million, the most irritating thing was that there was an item from Plaza Ambarukmo that my wife wanted to pick up but the repressionist said there wasn't any, when I picked it up the item was there, when I asked why it wasn't there, he answered blah blah, I was disappointed staying here.

The room was comfortable, but because it coincided with an activity in the Adi Laksono area, all the hotels were full. We only got 2 days, and wanted to book again, but they were all full. So we looked for another hotel.

Nice room, friendly staff. Room atmosphere is also comfortable.
