My wife and I chose this hotel because it's located in the Susukino area where it was very lively. It was very convenient for us because it's in the corner of a very busy street, 2 buildings away from a mini market and walking distance to my wife's favorite place to shop Don Quixote. We also got breakfast which despite having same menu every day but nicely cooked. It's a perfect hotel if you like to circle the area where there were so many culinary options around. Room was pretty standard but there was huge space under the bed for us to put our big luggage (which was a great idea by the hotel). Only thing we missed out was we did not get any view from our room (window was facing the AC's machine space).
