Very good location near the Seravalle outlet 5 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by car. Large toilet with strong water pressure. The room and toilet condition are old but acceptable. The breakfast is good with nice variety. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Didn’t use the golf course so no comment on it. Great breakfast, large comfortable rooms with parking by door. Next to supermarket with a great cafe in it.

Seravalle Golf Hotel and their staff are wonderful. Such a friendly, and helpful hotel. They really made me feel very welcome and I appreciated it! You can't ask for a better location and proximity to the outlets. The hotel bis very clean and an excellent value. I highly recommend it and would stay in the future. A+

Absolutely right location to visit the outlet. You can even walk there. Rooms are basic, but spacious. Very calm and comfortable territory, great service. Will stay here next time for sure

Nice and pleasant staff, but the room was not clean. Some examples: (I) the blanket had stains, (II) the towels had stains, (III) the toilet seat was half white and half yellow plus the joints were turquoise/moldy, (IV) we found a dead fly under a lamp, (V) etc etc The hotel restaurant was closed in the evening. It would have been nice to know it in advance (especially that before check-in we received an email indicating that the restaurant will be open during our stay, in the evening). In short, good potential if the owners do a very serious refurbishment. We would expect much more from a 4 star hotel.

is very close to outlet shopping center if you are into shopping. It was very cold but I bet its beautiful at summer time because of a very nice balcony. I mean its the first floor but its beautiful. You can park your car right at the door.
