Good location with nearby shops for convenience. However, poor hygiene was seen by staff, such as in the attached photo. The booking made was said to be without a window, despite showing staff that the online booking description and photo showed otherwise. Staff did not bother to check properly and told me the booking was made under Agoda in their system with a different booking ID, despite Agoda mentioning otherwise. Rooms were covered with spider webs and beddings were dusty. Room amenities were old and barely functioned well. Do not be fooled by the hotel photos.

This price is too expensive, the room is very small.

Room was smaller than expected. No housekeeping. Additional charge RM10/night because special request (Window Room)
