The sound of the other room rang through the other room. The accommodation and in the picture are very different. far from everything There are no shops nearby. so-so service staff to pass the day musty smell and the smell of pipes coming up in the bathroom (the water flows very strong)

I am very sorry if you were not happy with your stay with us! I can see that we upgraded your room from the standard room no-window to one of our superior rooms, so maybe this is why your room looked different. Phuket has been hit very hard by the pandemic, resulting in about 80% of all shops, restaurants and hotels being closed down and sadly many permanently, also near our hotel. Luckily now in November, we see shops and restaurants coming back to life! We are located about 10 min walk from the beach and a 10-15 mins walk from the main nightlife and shopping area.
I hope you will give us another chance next time you come to Patong :-)

Impressed from the first time I greeted Good service staff The hotel owner is very good service. The admin responded to the chat well. Everything is perfect, the service is good, speaks well, is friendly, is good, wants to come and stay a lot. Round back come back Will come back to stay here again, cheap, clean accommodation, not chaotic, convenient transportation, close to shopping centers. Near the attraction The place is easy to find, good service, really impressive. Thank you for the hospitality Very perfect 🥰

Really nice, clean and friendly hotel. We stay here for 3 days, the hotel is pretty good and clean, and they has a great services. At the last day, we accidentally drop our wallet in front of the hotel, the hotel owner help us so much by send us the video record from their cctv and really help us to make a police report and anything we need, cause we already go back to our country. Eventhough we can't get the wallet back, but they really gave me best experience and best memory at their hotel. Will be back again.
