Clean hotel probably the best stay so far

The hotel and service was excellent. The phones need an update as they didn’t work and couldn’t order room service.

Everything was great! We stayed at a suite and it was spacious we loved the double bathroom. The only thing my daughter complained was the pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. A mattress without wires with work much better. Overall hotel was excellent! The food at the restaurant delicious.

Dirty bathroom. Towels old Staff very rude. Respond with attitude issues. Way over overpriced. The cost was not what i was told with conversion. Carpet filthy. No bar. Pool water dirty.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. My family and I were using the pool and we brought our own snacks and drinks, they allowed us to do that without any push back and were very accommodating.

Great hotel, clean and felt safe

The power went out for at least 2 hours and they didn’t have any idea of when it would come back, neither shows any sympathy for the persons that were there.

Very clean , comfortable bed. The restaurant could use a better cook, food was not great

Ac in room was excellent, consistent all night long, if you stay in hotels you know what im talking about. Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, jacuzzi was hot and perfect, very large. Need more hand towels. The coffee, capachino station doesnt open until 7:30 am which for me doesnt work. I need coffee at 6am. So that was a disappointment. And really my only one.
