There is no lift. If there is, it will be perfect.

I love the bathroom that really concerned about the needs of girl full of toiletries, cleansing foam, moisturizer and lotion I love the concept of decor the lack there is no elevator in this hostel so that hard for woman with large luggage and you need pay more for luggage storage after check out around 300 ¥/day/pack

The hostel is convenient. The shower room and dressing room so nice. The place clean and calm but staff here were not friendly like other hostel that I have visited. It seems like staff here have no service mind and speak like we're students,not guests. Especially the lady who did check in for me on 10 Nov 19. Of course it's our late check in but she spoke with us really not nice and show bully face to us. It's really impolite and I disappointed because I expected that this place will have nicer staff than this.

We are a party of 4, 2 females and 2 males and stayed at the dormitory type room. Location is very convenient, near the famous Glico signage in Namba, Osaka. Few meters from Namba Station when taking train from Kainsai Airport. Situated in the busy street of Dotonbori and walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Good for backpackers who would be surprised pending most of their time outside and just need a place to sleep after strolling/shopping

Clean bathroom and a lot of shampoo choices

The location was fantastic, really near to namba station and definitely in dotonbori. Room space is really small, but the bathroom and those amenities are awesome.

I stayed for 4 nights. Really close to dotonbori, you just have to walk. Very easy to find a food. I love the bathroom and the toilet, very clean. The lobby is big and have a lot of books. They have a free water, ocha, apple water, and miso soup. A great place. But to enter the hostel, you have to go to the second floor by stairs. There's no elevator. For me it's okay, but if you bring a big luggage, you may find it difficult to bring it upstairs. Oh and the staff speaks English very well.

We had the most pleasant stay here. All the staff are really nice and helpful especially Zion who has night shift. He is so friendly. If I can go back to Osaka. I will stay here again for sure. Ps. very clean and nice location at Dontoburi area.

Location with Dotonburi. Far the best capsule hotel I've ever tried. Complete facilities in the bathroom, toilet and powder room. Bathrooms and toilets are separated between men and women. Regular officers clean the room, bathroom and toilet. Can borrow credit curly. Comfortable beds, drinking water is provided, there is a lounge in the form of a library, recommended.

Awesome. The location near the st, in the middle of namba. In front of family mart. Near to dotonburi. Perfect. The room is not too big but its ok. The woman toilet was so cool super recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is near to the namba station, glico sign, and main streets in Osaka. staffs are helpful and the library is very interesting, the books are in many languages. it's clean enough although i knew many people who stayed here weren't aware of it but the staffs was always cleaning the spots. i'd like to come back!

Stay in the 40 female dormitory rooms on the 2nd floor. Good hostel and all clean at the rest room

Excellent place to stay. near subway stations and dotonbori, common powder room area is clean and organized. would stay here again or in ifs other branches when given the chance to visit osaka again.

Place was nice especially the cr you can use hairdryer for free, hotel was difficult to find at dotonbori, their signboard is so small. there's a free luggage cover if you like their Facebook page cool

The overall is better than my expectation. The location is very close to the subway. I stayed in female dormitory on the second floor with private shower rooms and toilets for female guests only. They are very clean. The bed is also comfortable. There are free water, tea, miso soup and books! The facilities provided by the hostel are excellent. The only thing that you have to prepare is towel if you don't want to rent it. You have to pay 300 Yen if you want them to keep your luggage after checking out.

Initially quite surprised by the shape of the bed is really mini, I pesen the dormitory special woman. But the dressing place is nice, clean, complete equipment, showers and toilets are clean and the amount is pretty much, laundry is also there. Near if you want to go anywhere near the station Namba station, located in the middle of the shopping center, so no need to worry if you want to eat and souvenirs.
