Family friendly design. Location a bit inconvenient.

Clean and spacious for the price. Has a workspace in the room and a small kitchen area with fridge. I'd say a decent place to stay over few days.

Location a bit further from main area of Lyon. But with transportation around, it’s convenient. Room is very clean. All is good.

Extremely well equipped and very well laid out. Just a bit far from the old town.

Really friendly staff and a good location near the newly renovated Parc du Blandan and minutes away from the nearest tram stop. Only problem we had was a strong smell of urine in the toilet when the room got warmer.

Value for money clean Hotel with very handy kitchen area. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was plenty big enough and well kitted out.

It was noisy and could not get a decent sleep. Cleanliness was not up to standard. But the size of room was good.

Absolutely loved our stay here - we only had a short stay but loved the spacious apartment, very comfy bed and ample pillows, good sized bathroom, quiet, clean and modern room. Friendly staff. We were happy with the location - close to public transport or walkable to centre of everything. Had kitchenette facilities but we weren’t really there long enough to use them. Would definitely stay again

Good location, just a few minutes walk from Jean Mace and the metro system. Room was great for what I needed, in good condition. Desk staff were really friendly and more than happy to help with advice and suggestions in English that was much, much better than my French. My only MINOR criticism is that, like most hotels, my room didn't have any unused power outlets around the bed or table for charging (or any USB charging ports). It was my first stay with this chain and I'll happily use them again elsewhere.

Kitchen well equipped, room amenities adequate, quiet and undisturbed. Did not like tv in an unsuitable position, only had 2 tv channels in english, metal dining chairs quite uncomfortable and no other chairs in room.

I had a pleasant stay here and the staff was very helpful, but it is about a half mile from the Metro line and it's an expensive taxi ride from the airport.

A bit too far from the city centre but good transport links. Very poor quality iron/ironing board.
