I like the hotel, however they have changed some of the things at breakfast: no croissants anymore, no specialty cheeses amongst others, which were two of the highlights for me. and that while pricing is going up the rest was fine

Central hotel to Suhl. Nice rooms and tasty breakfast. Big pool. Parking is behind the hotel which is a bit irritating when you arrive but not too far from the entrance

Very friendly staff at the reception, housekkeeping, restaurant, and spa most of whom spoke English whcih was extemely helpful. Food was very good and the breakfast buffet was plentiful.

On Hotels.com website in the amenities it says Air Conditioning in the rooms. Except for Lobby and Restaurant there is no AC. Except that the service was impeccable and the hotel very nice and clean

Dejlig hotel i Suhl. Vi havde et værelse til fire personer. Svømmebassinet var stort og skønt. Men man skal lige være opmærksom på at der kan være reserveret til holdtræning, hvor man så ikke kan være i poolen samtidig. Beliggenheden er fin i forhold til at komme til centrum, til tog/bus og vi var også godt tilfredse med den fine parkeringsplads lige bag hotellet. Deres fitness-lokale kunne godt trænge til et lille eftersyn og lidt vedligeholdelse. Jeg vil vælge det hotel igen.

Schwimmbad war groß und wenig besucht. Der Empfang am Sonntag abend um 21.00 Uhr hatte kein Personal. Im Restaurant wußte man nich mit mir umzugehen. Es hat 30 Minuten gedauert, bis ich mein Zimmer hatte obwohl sonst kein anderer Gast da war.

Værelset var rent og pænt med undtagelse af, at jeg fandt et langt sort hår og et skægkræ under min dyne - ulækkert. Fik ikke sovet ret meget den nat . . . Personalet var venligt og imødekommende og morgenmaden var fin.

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Zentrum und CCS sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. War bereits mehrfach da und werde auch wieder kommen.
