Clean hotel. There are buses that shuttle to Disneysea and Disneyland, the staff is friendly and very helpful, next time I will probably stay here again.

Our daughter has the best experience with this hotel, which was very child friendly, and very comfortable for 4 person in the family room. They have many positive perks: - Shuttle from and to Shin-Urayasu Station - Shuttle from and to Maihama Station, Disneyland, Disneysea - Free drinks in the lounge near the lobby (open 14.00-01.00) with lots of choices - Free drinking water (also in the lounge) - Complete Amenities - Very clean room - Great service from reception (can check in on 09.00 but only can get into the room after 3pm, all luggage can be stored in the room by their help) - Lawson right beside the hotel My daughter said that this is the perfect hotel 😁

Very disappointed because the quality has decreased even though during the last 3 years we have stayed here every year. It seems like the staff has changed everyone and the service is very bad.

Very unpleasant even though every year we stay in this hotel for the last 3 years. there is no porter that helps, and there is no direct bus to Narita / Haneda airport except by going to the nearest bus stop 8-10 minutes on foot which is very troublesome if there are a lot of luggage and carrying small children. they won't help

very considerate shuttle bus driver, nice breakfast and afternoon drinks, clean and comfortable room, staffs very polite, definitely recommended.

The hotel provide shuttle bus from and to maihama station, disneyland, Disneysea. My kids love the playground and never feel tired to continue have fun there after back from disneyland. The room is clean.

I booked family room because I traveled with 3kids, the room is great,spacious, got 2 bunk beds, very clean, and the hotel also provides shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea.

From Narita Airport to the hotel you can use the limousine bus (adult 1800, child 900, under 6 can be held), get off at Disney Celebration Hotel. His position opposite. Breakfast get a bento / sandwich box (Japanese style rice box + drink box). Drinks in the lounge are free from 2 pm until 1 am (ice, juice, coffee, tea). A microwave is provided to heat food that can be bought from outside and eaten in the lounge. Room with complete facilities. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland / Sea.
