It was good that they provided a kettle and tissues in the room.

The hotel was under construction. As a result there was dust everywhere. This set off the smoke alarm at 1AM one of the nights. The rooms were nice wnough

Great condition, very clean, welcoming and very friendly staff. There was renovation in the hotel that became massive the day we did check out so we haven’t feel it and it wasn’t disturbing our staying. A short walk to the Opera and Lafayette gallery, dining options close by

The hotel is being refurbished and it is nice and modern and the room was comfortable but the room we stayed in was very small. We booked a superior room thinking that it would be larger but to be honest, I'm not really sure what the difference is between the standard. We struggled to find room to keep one standard suitcase and the bathroom was quite cramped. The floor was also not completely clean when we arrived with glitter and broken sequins still on the floor plus there were some food items still left under the bed. It feels like this is operating as a newly opened hotel as they had run out of things and check in was very slow. They also charged our credit card after we left with an amount they have provided no description or response for even after we asked at check out if everything was settled which they confirmed it was. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are newly renovated. Everything is new from tiles to comforter! I love it

Upon arrival, there had been a power outage we were not told about, and the lifts were not working so we had to carry our bags to the fourth floor using the stairs. We then found out there was no hot water and so couldn’t get ready for the evening as we had to leave. We had to make different arrangements just to be able to shower. There was also construction on going so from 8am we were woken by loud noise.

Great location, room was small but it’s Europe size, it had everything that I needed. The building was under construction or renovations, there was one day that I woken up by noises, but other than that it’s a great place to stay. There are a few metro stations close by.

When we arrived, we entered a building site with a makeshift desk to the desk. It looked nothing like the photos nor had we been aware that the hotel was being renovated. We wouldn’t have chosen it if that was the case. The construction work meant we were woken up early, with builders shouting, drilling, banging, meaning our relaxing stay in Paris was anything but. I went to ask reception if they could stop the works until we were up and out as my partner was still trying to sleep, to which they said they’d try but then nothing happened. Possibly the most disgusting part of the stay was the toilet. We arrived and it didn’t flush. We went downstairs and explained, said it needed seeing to asap. They wrote down our room number and said they’d look. No one did, for the 3 days we were there and we had to keep going out to the local cafe to use their toilets. It was GROSS. Not a 4 star hotel. AI generated photos. Staff unable to help.

I am not sure how this is a 4 star hotel, but to me it is 3 star hotel and just average. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for the price point and there are way nicer 4 star hotels in Paris so I wouldn’t waste your time.

Good Hotel, Good Location

The hotel is located in a good place, close to multiple metro stations and bus routes. Good restaurants and bakeries close by. Room was a little small but clean and everything in worling order. Staff were friendly and helpful!!

Family trip for my husbands birthday. The hotel staff were soooo friendly and really welcoming. They even sang a birthday song to my husband on his birthday, so sweet! I booked one standard double and one twin room. The twin ended up being upgraded which was nice. Rooms were simple but comfortable. Small rooms - but this is normal for Paris. I will say however that the walls are quite thin, so we could hear noises from our neighbouring room. This wasnt really a problem, as it was our family's room. We did not hear noise from anyone elses room - only from the corridors in the morning, but people were generally polite and quiet. No noise from the outside or road, as the hotel is on a road that you cannot drive directly onto at all times, so this reduced noise from outside. Simple facilities, free coffee and tea and filtered water tap downstairs but a nice touches like a popcorn machine, pastries and a games room and other seating areas. Overall, would definitely recommend if you are planning on having somewhere to rest your head whilst you explore the city. But also quite lovely to relax in at night and had a good night sleep here. Its also in a very good location - so its very well worth the price. Would definitely stay again!!!!!!
