This place has location on its side and that’s all I stood here for 10 days and spent 5000 there’s listed amenities like laundry which isn’t actually available at the hotel but there’s a company that will pick up ur clothes and charge by item there’s also a bar and restaurant listed that’s not available the front desk staff was only there to help soften the.blow for all the bad news given to me and help is an overstatement the pool and hot tub is very small and not a rooftop the security deposit was more than expected considering the price of a nightly stay when I was checking out I realized I left something in the room not even an hour after checkout and they refused to look or let me look saying I’d have to reach out later and they’d mail it thankfully it wasn’t my wallet the lady at the desk just kept repeating the policy like I was talking to a robot and not a person overall the place was very clean and the location is very close to everything otherwise I’d probably rent a car if possible and book an airbnb also one of th Beach chairs given to me was broken and my room was listed as a Mountain View but there was just another building to look at every morning

It was good just did not like whatever room depdorizer sprayed or some kinna smell that do not go away but room given to was excellent

The room was comfy and the shower was nice. Loved having the mini fridge in the room and the complimentary water bottle we get to keep was nice too. Was little disappointed in the size of the pool. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty great location! Next to all the food but also not a muggy room because it’s not TOO close to the beach. Only complaint is parking and going up 6 floors is a little annoying. The little driveways are tiny also but it’s an island thing.

Property was very clean and staff were amazing. Right in the middle of everything. We rented a car but didnt even need it because everything was so close.

Everything was fantastic. Staffs were extremely kind and professional. But two things: the pool is so shallow (ankle deep) that any human over 5 years old cannot swim their. Getting out from the 6th floor parking lot needs a very high level driving skill.

This place was the perfect combination of "boutique" and "big name" in hotels. Centrally-located, the main Waikiki strip is half a block over (Kalakaua Ave). I want to call out one person specifically --- Samay --- Not only was she able to check us in early, she even went above and beyond --- the first room we were in didn't have all the amenities we were hoping for when we booked --- so she graciously found us the type of room we were looking for and we paid for the upgrade --- worth every penny! Because of her excellent customer service and everyone's hospitality, we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Oahu. Thank you, Samay!

All about upselling no service worth speaking about

The hotel is pretty large, a lot of wasted space in the lobby area imo. The pool is not a pool but more for kids and just sitting in a lounge chair in the water, would be nice if there were fire pits to sit around at night. One of my biggest qualms is there are not enough hooks for towels or wet suits. If your at a hotel near beach/pool, have a place for guests to hang wet suits ect... and the one large mirror in the room doesn't have a power outlet near it, so another mirror in the room would be helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

This was a very good hotel, great staff, and clean room. Only disappointment was the pool or (standing water). That was not a pool! It was about ankle deep. Another issue was how tight the parking garage was. It was not easy going in or out. You can tell how tight it is by all the scratches on the walls. I would hate to see how the cars look after that.

Room is spacious and clean. Housekeepers are good.I wish there had a regular pool.

Everything was really nice, including the view. The pool deck was nice but I was disappointed that it was 14 inches deep at most. Staff was very nice and helpful. We will return to this property when we return to O’ahu!
