Los cobros del impuesto fue uno el miércoles $ 50.000 pesos colombianos y otro el domingo fue de $ 45.000 pesos colombianos… pregunta el impuesto varía del día? Adicional yo había reservado habitación con cama doble, el miércoles me dieron habitación con dos camas sencillas… hablo a la recepción y pido cambio y la persona me indica q no pueden cambiarme la habitación ya q ustedes no tenían cuartos con camas dobles, el día domingo si me dan habitación con cama doble… no entiendo?

Fair value for the place

El Hotel estaba bueno en general, sin embargo en proceso de check in fue innecesariamente largo, el trato a los pasajeros por parte del conductor del shuttle hacia el aeropuerto fue muy desconsiderado.

It was a food place to spend a night or two. It is good if your are going to be visiting the city and just sleeaping, taking a bath or something to eat.

Very good hotel clean and there is a mall at walking distance for shopping

Convenient for an extended layover stay

It seems, the neighborhood is not one of the safest. On the other hand, the property was otherwise. For the price paid, the staff's attention and service were acceptable. I had dinner in the "restaurant" and found the food to be very well prepared and delicious. For that reason and the fact that the bed was what "the doctor ordered" for my back I will return.

Pocos empleados a la hora del check in. Se demoró mucho tiempo en atender

El primer día en el desayuno todo estaba frío, el café el chocolate,el caldo la persona encargada del restaurante no se había dado cuenta que estaba todo apagado . Los termos no calientan. Las 2 últimas noches fueron terribles en la habitación 316 era súper húmedo y prendíamos el aire y no enfriaba solo salía calor y llame 3 veces a la recepción y que ellos controloban el aire y solo salía caliente no solucionaron nada en realidad pasamos muy malas noches mucha humedad y cuando hize el checkout les hize saber mi inconformidad y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas sólo que ellos controlaban desde la recepción el aire , pero que no podían hacer más nunca fueron a reparar el aire .. un día nos dejaron toallas muy negras ya demasiado percudidas y con mal olor .. la limpieza del baño muy regular .. es cerca del aeropuerto y ofrecen el transporte gratis de hotel al aeropuerto y viceversa es lo bueno que puedo destacar.
