Even though the hotel is small, the facilities are very complete. It’s especially convenient for families—the room comes with a microwave and complete tableware like plates, bowls, spoons, and forks. Everything is very well maintained, and the room is extremely clean. The hotel is located right in front of a bus terminal and is also close to an MTR station. Overall, it’s really great.

The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. He gave us direction where to go for tim sum breakfast. He also upgraded us to deluxe and let us check in although it stated after 2pm because we arrive very early. The location is very convenient to the ting ting tram which is the next street so it's very easy to go to Central and Sheung Wan or even the Peak. The room is very clean and I will definitely stay here again when I come again and definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. A big thank you to all the staffs for your kind hospitality. They always greet us when they see you.

Location is superb convenient with access to buses, tram, and MTR, all within very short walking distance

Nice hotel in Wan Chai. Enjoy my stay there for four nights with my friends. Easy access from the airport by bus and you can choose to use the tram, train or ferry to explore the city. Would love to stay here again if I come to Hong Kong.

Strategic location on the side of the main transportation road and there is an area for free coffee, free tea, and water without having to buy it. The place is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable.

A good hotel in a strategic location and easy access everywhere.

The hotel is very close to Wan Chai MTR station and bus station. I was upgraded to a larger room on the 14th floor. Big bed, clean furniture. There are eating utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, a capsule coffee maker, and a very large TV.

Very small room as expected from Hong Kong Hotel and the price. Renovated rooms clean and good. Only issue toilet not much space and the wash basin/sink was ridiculously small big enough only for children to use. Washing hands/face etc anything and water spills everywhere.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, near a lot of restaurants and the airport bus stop is just outside it. The HKCEC is just a 5 min walk. The room is clean and is just enough for one or two people with small luggages. They provide the usual hotel amenities including bedroom slippers. The bathroom is clean as well, but the sink is quite small. The staff are nice and very helpful.

Cosy rooms at an amazingly great and convenient location. The reception staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Good location near the train, clean room but a bit small

The hotel was a good one, nearby the wan chai station, there were a lot of restaurants and mini markets surround the hotel, staffs are super friendly and the best thing is that they give you your own internet modem that you can take around the city for free! Would totally book the hotel again!

Highly recommended hotel, just right in the heart of the city. Only 3 mins to the trams and bus stop. Room was very clean, modern. Definitely will back to this hotel on our next visit in Hong Kong. If you are a Muslim traveler like us, there is a Islamic Centre Canteen nearby the hotel only needs 8-10 mins walk.

Lopy, not big hotel There are not many seats. Some seats are not enough for guests. Worth for every penny. The room is not big and spacy, but very lovable and clean. With USD 100 range per night, Burlington Hotel is a serious deal. Very close to all public transportation: tram, bus, airport bus, MTR. Will comeback and stay there if I visit HK next time.
