Nice hotel with very good location - 10 minutes walk into the city center and 20 minutes walk to the lake. They provide a big garage for bicycles and very good and quality breakfast. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room, otherwise we had a really good stay.

On the first day it started off brilliantly being offered scrambled eggs every morning and having a small wait for food in the evening. From then on it's only went downhill as what are the members of staff made me wait two hours for a ham and cheese omelettes. I also was not allowed my bicycle in my room. (very expensive)

The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast that was served until 11 AM was wonderful. The rooms had been updated in the last couple years and were fine for our needs.

Trevligt hotell med egen restaurang. Ägarna kommer från Italien, så det finns en italiensk touch på maten. Hotellet ligger bra till, för Zittau är en liten stad.

Nettes kleines Hotel nicht weit vom Zentrum. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sind gut und sauber.
