Room was quiet, spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Clean, comfortable bed. Tea coffee biscuits. Great location. Dining services available to make life easier. Toilet paper was awful, unusable, it would break apart before use. Happy to pay an extra $3 per visit for toilet paper that I can use. Otherwise our visit was fabulous!

Bed and pillows were very comfy. only one issue was a little noisy at night

The staff member who checked me in (last name forrest, sorry didnt catch the first name) was amazing and helpful and i would recommend this place to any one who travela to Toowoomba

The hotel is right on edge of CBD and so very close to the shopping mall, restaurants and shops. Modern facilities and helpful staff.

Aircon wasn’t working properly
