there is very poor customer service last 3 days my trip room TV broken I asked several time to repair it but they didn't and no room clean I stay 6 days but no room clean

Nice hotel right in the centre of town and two minutes walk to the beach. Hotel has a lovely restaurant in front of the hotel.

location is e excellent. Water drans very slow. Cilantro restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Banana leaf wrapped fish dinner is a must try.

Close to the beach and restaurant /bars. The breakfast service is ok and the staff is very helpfull.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their willingness to let us stay a few extra hours because we had a late flight that day. Breakfast was ample, with lots of fresh fruit, and delicious.

Cost effective option for an overnight stay near airport. Close to beach, beach bars and night spots too.

un bon hotel dans un environnement sympa, bon accueil, chambre spacieuse calme et propre, bonne wifi, déjeuner correct, belle salle de bain.

Le rapport qualité-prix restait correct mais hôtel en travaux, avec perceuse et coups de marteau dès 8h du matin. Un robinet de lavabo qui fuit dans la salle de bain. Eau de la piscine pas franchement claire et limpide... J'imagine que cela ira mieux une fois les travaux finis.

部屋も清潔でwifiも完璧でした。 立地も良かったですが、シャワーのお湯が暑すぎて使用するのが大変だったのが残念でした。

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, vicinissimo alla spiaggia, ai negozi ed ai ristoranti. Ci è piaciuto il benvenuto, professionale ed accogliente. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina, abbastanza pulita e comoda. La stanza al piano terra è spaziosa ed ordinata. Direi che il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e accettano anche la carta di credito.

夜遅くに部屋に着いたが 従業員の対応もフレンドリーで 好印象だった。 マップと場所が全く違うので要注意 ビーチ沿いの同名のホテルが正解で タクシーの運転手に騙されたかと思った 朝食は料理が出て来るまでに40分かかり驚いた

L'hôtel était très agréable avec une piscine mais hélas le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de nous baigner. Le serveur du petit déjeuner est très attentionné. Le jour de notre départ l'avion était à 21h et on nous a permis de garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps

Hotellet är ett litet och bra hotell nära stranden i Negombo med pool. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Sängen är stor och skön med underbara kuddar och sänglinnen. Rummen har både AC och takfläkt. Frukosten är mycket bra och du beställer vad du önskar.

Hotelli pääkadun varrella. Lyhyt matka ravintoloihin ja rannalle. Huone oli siisti ja erinomainen sänky hyvällä patjalla. Kannattaa ottaa huone parvekkeella. Ainoa huono asia oli kylpyhuoneen suihkukoppi. Vesi ei valunut viemäristä alas kunnolla ja kopin ovet kaipaa pikaista korjausta. Ilmastointi pelasi hyvin. Uima-allas pieni. Henkilökunta loistava.

Ett kanon hotell, besöker gärna detta igen.
