The room is small but with complete amenities. Amazing location and near train stations. Very close to tourist spots.

Very very disappointed to this hotel! Very not recommended. Bed sheet not changed. Water only 1 day when we stay for 4 night. Room very smal. Pillow very hard. We got charged after late 10 minutes for checking out! Sure will not back to this bad hotel again. I suggested Carefully to choose hotel.

It aligned with my expectations. A 10 minutes walk away (with luggages) from JR Shinjuku Station where we got off Narita Express. Near Higashi-Shinjuku subway station which serves Oedo Line and Fukutoshin Line, so going to Shibuya or Ueno was easy. There are several convenience stores nearby, and a Sushizanmai just across the street. The rooms were compact, but we expected that when we booked anyway. Amenities were plenty. Breakfast was served in another APA Hotel restaurant across the street, and it was ala carte with few selections (Japanese, Chinese, Western). The taste was so-so. The bed was super comfy, I had a good night sleep. It was very cold outside but the hotel's central air conditioning kept us warm inside.

standard usual apa hotel service. room was clean though quite small. the hotel provided night wear and body wipes for guest. check in was easy, and we could put our luggage at the reception area before check in time so we could stroll around the area while waiting for check in time.

This hotel was superb, very strategic location and awesome amenities, This is 5 stars room facilities in compact version. Value for money, when you visit Japan, APA hotel will be in all very strategic area, especially for Tokyo!! The room is small but complete! However don't forget to make sure your booking is for 2 persons or they will charge you for another 700 Yen for additional person that stay,

They won't allow us to bring 1 additional child under 6 years old. Hotel policy only allow 2 adults and 1 child in 1 room and there isn't any mention about it in hotel descriptions, so they ask us to book 1 additional room and it cost 74000 yen for 5 nights!

The room is narrow according to the style of the Japanese school. The trash is at the head of the bed. There is ice with free drinking water on the 1st floor. The check-in staff communicate well in English. The key card is provided according to the number of people staying.

The service is less friendly, especially in providing unclear information. When checking out we are not informed at what time max, suddenly charged because of over 1 hour.

Hotel is very strategic because it is in the center of the crowds of Shinjuku, 2-3 minutes walk we have arrived in Kabukicho. 5 mins walk to get to Korea village, pretty close to train station. The hotel is modern but the rooms are very small, making it difficult for the traveler carrying large suitcases. The staff is friendly enough but almost all can not speak English. In the room is not provided mineral water like other hotel hotels in general. After I asked the new receptionist was told that if we stay 3 days then the second day and the third we are given 1 bottle of mineral water ☹️
