A late minute overnight stay but a very comfortable one. Arrived just after reception due to close but Yvonne kindly waited for us and showed us around. Great location, large and well appointed rooms.

Nice and central, 5 minute walk to Marine Parade and lots of bars/ restaurants/ town centre. Yvonne was great!

It was very nice and central, making it easy to walk around central Napier. Check in was slightly tricky, but the Reception agent at their sister property was most helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shops, the art deco area and good restaurants. Our room was spacious and well apportioned. We managed to secure a hotel parking space which was very useful. The hotel staff were very good and most helpful.

Overall, I was very pleased with the property! It's basic, but clean, up-to-date, well-maintained and safe. My room was very spacious. The check-in is "remote" (the front desk is staffed for only a few hours each day), but the process was very simple - the hotel sent very clear instructions and provided a mobile # in case I ran into any problems (which I didn't). The property is close to a wide choice of restaurants and shops, about a 7 minute walk from the waterfront, and best of all (for me) ... about a 3 minute walk to the intercity bus stop. Highly recommended if you don't care about "luxury" and just want a safe, clean place to sleep.
