The room was clean and tidy and the reception staff couldn’t be more helpful. A very friendly hotel close to the centre of town and less expensive than the likes of PremierInn

Room was small but perfectly servicable. Whole building was too hot (corridors and room) but found a plug in fan which was perfect.

Good location about 20 minutes walk from the station and 12 minutes from the Corn Exchange and City Centre in the other direction. Lovely welcome, quick & easy check in. I booked a small single room but there was plenty of room for my one night stay after a concert at the Corn Exchange. I would definitely stay here again and in fact, have already booked another stay.

The staff at the Lensfield are very friendly (apologies again for losing the room key! it must be in there somewhere) and the room was spotless. Excellent restaurants are close by. I would always stay here when in Cambridge.

Really well positioned. Quite small rooms and fiddly corridors, but this is reflected in the price (versus location). Staff were very friendly. Didn't try the breakfasts.

Great value accommodation in a good location, with friendly, helpful staff. Cosy little room, ideal for my visit. I even booked a second night.

Arrived before the stated check-in time but the room was ready so got checked in easily. No additional charge unlike some of the chain hotels. Room was as described and perfectly equipped for my needs. 3 times the amount of tea and coffee compared with the chain hotels. Again excellent value. Didn't require breakfast but was available.
