Thoroughly recommended. A spotless ground floor apartment. Incredibly well appointed, three double bedrooms .Dave the owner lives upstairs is a really nice guy, not too intrusive but always there to help. He willingly gives you a lift to the ferry or locally to restaurants etc. Always welcome. Twenty minutes walk either way to Ferry or train into the city, the location is very quiet at night in a residential area but a little walk at night to local pubs and restaurants after a long day. Well recommended if you want a busy day out and about in the city but want to come "home" at night to a residential area. Well recommended!

We very much enjoyed the quiet location with easy ferry access to the city. The cosy and comfortable apartment was spotless and our host Dave very friendly and generous.

What a wonderful discovery, to find Dave and Kerrie, and their beautiful, peaceful, private garden apartment. My partner and I were made to feel welcome from first contact, and it was lovely to feel as though we were home, once we'd arrived. Dave took us on a small tour of the peninsula and surrounds, and both his and Kerrie's candor made our stay feel very independent and relaxing. But at the same time, you were both very approachable and no query was too much. It was also recommended that we try the local fish and chip shop, and boy oh boy, they didn't disappoint either. Thank you Dave, thank you Kerrie. Your hospitality was second to none, and our stay in Sydney was all the more pleasant due to your pride and care for your delightful home. Your rates are excellent and the amenities were plenty, and we certainly look forward to future visits.

What a wonderful experience we had in Sydney as it was our first time (we are from Canada). The Greenwich Garden Apartmenth has all you need for a short stay. It's very easy located outside the busy Downtown core with easy access via ferry and transit. The hosts were wonderful and a wealth of information especially when getting us settled in. Great coffee and compendium. I highly recommend staying here to others! Also, the ferry rides were a bonus as they we a mini tour of the Sydney Harbour and Opera House. A relaxing way to travel. Loved them! Absolute gem of an experience!
