It ' s a wonderful experience! The Receptionist very nice and helpful, the explanation about facility also great. Onsen is good! And you can try other public onsen for free. Such a great experience, I hope I can go back:).

Great location, very nice staffs.Some was great in english communication.They upgraded my room to bigger one. Room was very nice clean & tidy. I love this feeling in this hotel.
