The location of the building is across the road from the main beach and walking distance to all that the city has to offer. The beds were comfortable. We stayed in unit 3 for 5 nights and enjoyed Newcastle very much. Natural light in the unit is limited due to the exposed walls being only easterly. There was one small western window but its screen was totally covered by dust, as were the ceiling vents and the screen doors throughout. The main bedroom balcony door would not open. The courtyard furniture is rusted.

Well located opposite the beach. Well kitted with kitchen accessories, crockery etc. Comfortable beds and furniture.

Great location across the road from the beach! Plenty of room for everyone with bedrooms upstairs. Unfortunately 7am wake up calls in the weekend from break up of car racing barriers (out of owners control)) No aircon but plenty of sea breeze though noise from passers by.

great position - good beds -well appointed kitchen. We found the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms a bit of a drag.

Location excellent functional near beach secure close to all facilities
