Property is well located, close to attractions. Staff service is restuarant was mediocre. Promised the food in five minutes, it took over half an hour.

Everything was nice from the staff's attention to the property's charming facilities and vibe. The only downside was the bed. it was too soft, no lumbar or back support, you wake up with a very sore back.

I had an incredible stay at Le Casablanca Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The rooms were elegant and spotless, with beautiful decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the pool area felt like a serene oasis. Every detail, from the spa to the concierge service, made our stay unforgettable. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, highly recommend!

The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing. I also really enjoyed the food; everything was fresh and flavorful. Very nice hotel

The hotel was gorgeous both inside and out. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with anything I needed from information about the city to getting a ride to where I needed to go. The restaurants inside the hotel had a great selection of food and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. A wonderful place. I would recommend Le Casablanca Hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca!

This hotel catered to us Westerners even during Ramadan. We were able to enjoy all of our favorite alcohol beverages. The grounds are so beautiful outside in the pool area. We took many pictures. The lobby smells amazing and is decorated so beautifully. The food was delicious. Hot showers. Clarins brand toiletries. Comfortable beds. Cool air conditioned room. Located on a busy street, but we never noticed any street noise. The staff was courteous and helpful. One gentleman at the front desk informed us about the taxis. He said where we were going should not cost over 35dh and to not get in the taxis without meters (which proved to be harder than we expected). We did get taken advantage of by many taxi drivers while in Casablanca. After venturing out in Casablanca, I was always eager to return to this tranquil hotel. We arranged with the desk for a driver to take us to airport as this was our final destination in Morocco after 2 weeks of travel within the country. The car was a nice large Mercedes that accommodated our large suitcases. The driver was also very courteous even at 4 in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel! I have zero complaints.

Service was very below what was expected for such a special hotel and Valentines stay. The Terrace bought the starter with the mains. The chicken tagine was so dry we couldnt digest it. We returned the starter and then they tried to charge for it. After checking out it was clear what we signed to the room for dinner was charged much higher. They charged for 2 items from the mini bar. Then told me they needed to charge a further 400 dirham for the mini bar. I as a female felt extremely uncomfortable with the check out process as they took more money. Disappointed massively and will never return.
