Room is great. But their staff behaviors were rude and not friendly. I had an issue with check in because of system error. And they treated you like a beggar/homeless who needs home. From all of staffs, only one who being helpful and gave smile. Room is very big, kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine available. Parking area is small but ok. It would be perfect if their staffs are human.

The hotel apartment is in a good location, adjacent to deira city center (mall, carrefour, lots of worldwide tenant, food court, etc), near the metro station (5 min by walk), near the airport and dubai creek. The minuses of the hotel lobby are somewhat less manicured and the furniture is a bit old but still okay. The condition of the unit is ok, clean, there is a washing machine (minus detergent), iron, microwave, stove, complete with all kitchen stuffs. Overall ok let alone if you bring family.
