Room was very nice! Unfortunately no treated bottled water provided which made it a bit harder as a traveler from US.

The hotel offered a spacious room but the furniture and fittings needs to be upgraded. Curtains were dirty and sofa in room was very low and uncomfortable. It didn’t look or feel like a 4 star hotel. They provided the minimum toiletries. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Again the tables and chairs were sticky and felt unclean. We did not want to use the pool. We did not find the staff at the reception desk welcoming or helpful. Some hospitality training is needed there.

Unfailingly courteous and smiling staff. The buffet breakfast was magnificent beyond description. The room was spotless and the laundry service faultless. The rooftop pool is small, but what a wonderful way to start the day before breakfast. Two small points. Be aware that the hotel is not in downtown Mysuru, it's about 4km distant. That's no problem, and the nearby areas are interesting and quite well-to-do! The room picture windows are great but need some maintenance to make better soundproofing. And a table and chairs on the outside balcony would be a nice addition.

Good property with best connectivity for all necessities. Overall it is a nice stay with family. One suggestion to hotel management to adopt to current trends instead following the traditional checkin formalities

Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has good space and ambiance…. We tried few veg items, there is scope for improvement there.. we tried pool as well, it was clean and ample space with chairs to sit. Liked it.

Expedia shows the hotel as 4 star, but the correct would be 3 for the property. Room was just decent enough nothing exceptional. The corridor/ hall way in front of the room was really dark and requires some good lighting to direct to the rooms. When it comes to Wi-Fi it had never worked in the room.

Nice location with eating places nearby. Supermarket within 500 metres so very convenient. Rooms are basic but well maintained. However, there was some construction going on nearby so it was noisy at times.

Bathroom had a strong sewage smell. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a grocery store is conveniently just down the street.

I was asked for child deposit. There was no mention about the extra charge for kids. Other than that stay was good. The restaurant was good. We had buffet breakfast and it was good.

It was convenient for my purposes. it could be more prompt with Room service and other requests

Like the location, food and choices in the restaurant, the shopping option and spa facilities, The hotel and restaurant staff were good and helpful. Big value for the money i paid compared to 5 star hotels.

Hotel's in a very good location. New Hotel, my room was spacious, bathroom was good too. Disappointed with the breakfast - ate idli & vada on the first morning and found it below par. Coffee was terrible too. Didn't return to the restaurant. Service was excellent - front office & house keeping. Overall a good stay. Food & coffee needs to improve drastically.

We stayed overnight and enjoyed the nice room. We were transiting through Mysore so we did not explore other options there. Pleasant rooms and friendly staff,

Good staff at the reception. They very quickly sorted the hot water problem. I only stayed one night so not much to report. One good thing was there was underground parking.
