Wonderful hotel. Walked out of our room and practically on the beach. Pool area was very nice. Cleaning station for shells. Was not a resort, did not want a resort.

I recommend it

Friendly staff. Dinner was good. Morning coffee was bad. Need to learn how to make a cappuccino without a liter of milk! Also your espresso is NOT a double shot. Resort fee is tacky: no umbrellas, inconsistent service (but very nice, but only two guys), Im gonna ask for a refund on that fee.

Beach house as close and easy to get into town

Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were clean, very satisfied.

Right on the beach. Updated rooms. A/C needs to be cleaned more often.

Nice property to spend the weekend at Sanibel

The best place to stay in Sanibel, clean, convenient, and most importantly just a short walk from the beach.

The property was excellent but would not recommend going because there isn’t much to eat on the island. You have to drive to Ft Meyers for dinner.

Very lovely and well-maintained grounds, pool area, beach with good quality beach chairs and towels. The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed including a safe, refrigerator, microwave, iron/ironing board and a convenient and nice bathroom and amenities. The tiki bar closed too early at 7 pm and the restaurant/market did not offer much of a menu, but there are very good restaurants nearby.

Beautifully landscaped property. Nice pool area. Easy access to beach. Perfect getaway.
