Bedsheet very dirty when arrived the room

Everything really bad. Air conditioner leaking. Not cold at all. Toilet very dirty and scary. Blanket torn. So many more bad things.

The hotel is okay, close to hospitals and malls and museums. Big room

Near to shopping mall and restaurants. Room stayed is satisfying, clean and spacious. And the very reasonable rate makes Smart Hotel Seremban. An awesome place to stay both for single or family. Hotel booking made easy in my case via app.

The room is big and spacious, receptionist good service. But please improve the bedsheet and pillows cover have stains.

Location was strategic enough. Everything was good.

The room is not clean. The floor is not well maintained. What a nightmare!

dirty slimy bed during first day check in. ask for change but xnak. the second day the staff came to clean. It's ok for nothing but it's satisfying

We check in late at around 10PM and above. No lighting infront of bedroom/foyer area. the bedroom itself very dim. we hot yellowish bed cover & weird sound of bedframe whenever start laying on the bed. Toilet was okay but toilet bowl was too closed with glass partition which is not suitable for big person. Overall for short stay & just to sleep, maybe okay

Smelly bed and not clean. Budget hotel more like for prostitution.

awesome, the guy by the reception was very kind and let me cry out by 1 PM due to some others things need to manage, room was very clean and comfortable. recommend.

Spacious room, location near exit seremban, public parking nearby. Overall, okay.

Stain on bed sheet with hair on the comforter. Pillow is too wear out that it emit a strong unpleasant smell , bring to front desk to change and they give another pillow which use by the staff with several hair on it. Totally speechless. Hotel is old, floor is sticky. Toilet tissue holder is rusty and cannot be used. Location wise is good and easy to find food. Will not go back there for sure.

Please avoid this hotel. You will regret if you insist to stay here. So do I

Pleasant place nearby to palm mall.

arrived at 6pm but the room was still not cleaned. try to get another room but unavailable. had to wait for 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned.
