I liked that it was right along the beach ,the pool was good for the kids the tiki bar was nice and the staff at the tiki bar was excellent, other staff was okay not rude but not helpful, tried to get towels 4 different times ,stayed 3 nights and never got anymore towels. Called front desk but still didnt receive any towels. Room was mediocre but not terrible. It was loud but it cant be helped because there it comes from Harpoon Harry's next door..

Honestly it was a beautiful property right on the beach and I would stay again!

The property is right on the beach, excellent location is easy to move around from there. We took the kids to the public park is 21 minutes and also we went to Pier Park is in very close. Definitely we have good time

Our family vacation in PCB staying from Thursday to Sunday but we’ve decided to stay an extra day and the condo we were staying at was completely booked so we had to look for a hotel for the day. We didn’t want to pay much since it was just for a day and this hotel was the cheapest and most decent with having 7.3 stars on Expedia. When we pulled up to the hotel it was definitely giving motel vibes from the outside. We went to check in around 3:45. There was a long line for check in due to there only being one person at the desk which was crazy knowing everyone is about to check in at 4. Not to mention the receptionist was terribly rude not only to us but to others ahead of us. Her attitude was very unprofessional. We got to the hotel room and the bathroom was terrible. The actual bathroom only had a toilet and tub and the sink was outside the bathroom. The toilet and tub was dirty and very outdated. The tub stopped up. We didn’t take a shower here because of that reason. The view of the beach was the best part of staying here. The beds were comfortable but had stains on the sheets ON BOTH BEDS. The remote was sticky, the night stand was dirty. The worse part is it being directly next door to a night club (which wasn’t mentioned) and you could hear the music until 2am. This place needs upgrading and to be properly cleaned and maybe employee training. And to mention we had a 4 yr old toddler with us

Arrived to a long line trying to check in and staff were young adults who were not customer friendly. Hotel has major issues with towel delivery, there were none in rooms until after 5 pm when they got delivered! It was repeat of this everyday, no towels available. The room floor had a layer of sand, was never swept or mopped! Hotel is next door to a nightclub which attracts the young and unruly who most were staying at hotel, it was Spring break which did not help matters. Parking was a huge issue because it fills up with club patrons and hotel does nothing to prevent non-guests from taking the spots even though you have a tag in window. There was no security on site! We had to set an alarm for after club closure 3am to move our car from a tow zone business across the street to get in hotel parking lot. Boom music and loud obnoxious talk went on most the night outside around pool. This is a Best Western affiliated hotel and they need to definitely step up their standards on this hotel! I will never stay at this one again and keep my business at the higher end chains! The photos are very deceiving on booking sites!

Awful. At check in, the receptionist told me that the restaurant by my room “sometimes plays music” and if was too loud to let her know and we could change rooms. I was dead, I had driven my 3 small kids 10 hours, I wasn’t going to change rooms after we were in. I asked why we couldn’t just go to a different room, the ones with 4 beds that I booked were all by the restaurant. “Sometimes plays music” sounds like we might hear a little bass or something, I stayed so we could all have a bed. Well, this plays turns into a club and it sounded like we were in the club. Everyone was screaming, the whole building is shaking. It was insane. I was awake until 1:50 when it stopped. The next morning I went to change rooms. I was moved to a smaller 2 bed room in the middle of the hotel and refunded my $12 resort fee. After a 10 hour drive and zero sleep this was all ridiculous You can still hear the music in the middle of the hotel, it it’s more of the bass I had been expecting and we could deal with it. This place is also disgusting. Both rooms were covered in sand, there was a cockroach in the first room. And the bathrooms are gross. In the first room my son spilled his water on the table when we first walked in, I cleaned it with a white hotel towel. It made the towel black. I went out on a limb with this hotel because I could book 4 beds. I will never mind sharing a bed with my kids after this no experience.

There was only one staff member checking in guests. It took about 20 minutes to get checked in.

The property is going through some sort of renovation. This should have been relayed during reservation process. The room had HORRENDOUS Oder in the room could not get rid of. Hotel is beside a night club-loud at night, especially with crowd leaving late night. Hope water ran out after 2 minutes in shower.

#1 positive was that it was beach front. The beds were reasonably comfortable and clean. The site is more run down than pictures online show. With Harpoon Harry’s next door to this hotel the noise was extreme until 2am. The “Penthouse” room did have a full kitchen as advertised, it was bare bones. 1 cracked ice tray, no dishcloths or sponges, and none available when requested. For the unit’s size, the furniture felt sparse. Overall, disappointing experience.

Location is great as is parking. In our room the toilet was shorter than a normal height toilet, quite a bit of black mold on chalking and the shower was missing a plunger on its faucet so you couldn’t take a shower??

Affordable, and nice staff. There's a pool and easy access to the beach and looked like a bar that was open during the day next to the pool. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again due to the amenities and affordable suites and access to the beach and convenient parking, but it you want fancy go elsewhere as it is an older establishment.

Excellent location view is great

Staff was SUPER friendly. I cant emphasize this enough. I this this single characteristic best defines a lodging location. Caveat: This hotel was rently purchased from Best Western and there are renovations ongoing. Bad: They charge for ice!!! Yeah. Ice machine is pay per service. That sux. We has a room with a kitchenette. But, only had one knife and no cooking utensils. No trash can in kitchenette or bedroom. Cable TV was pretty crappy. Bad reception, for the most part. Good. Did i mention a friendly staff? Parking was plentiful and accessible. Pool was heated to 84 degrees. EASY beach access (ON the beach). Laundry was free with good machines. Fridge and microwave worked great. Shower had plenty of hot water. Balcony provided view of pool area AND Gulf. Key cards kept crapping out and not working, but front desk personnel quickly made new ones each time... with a smile and kind words each time We will stay here again. No question. Im guessing the renovations will result in some improvements

While the room was spacious, it felt outdated while renovations were subpar and various fixtures were damaged or in ooor condition. The furniture wasn’t comfortable but offered plenty of seating and sleeping accommodations. The staff however were a pleasure to deal with and was definitely a high point of the stay. It was also fairly quiet and quaint which were huge bonuses as well. Overall I give it a 3/5. Not the worse place I’ve stayed at down there, but it wasn’t the best either.

Bathroom was disgusting and dirty, hot water did not work, dirty towels in our room when we checked in, window cover was broken so people passing by could see in our room.
