Property was clean and staff was very kind. I had forgot something in the room and then held it for me until I could come back and get it. Would definitely stay again.

The pool is always closed every time I come here. They say they don’t have but one person who can control the chemicals. Why advertise having a pool then?

Paid for the room online after a long night in the ER. The security guard refused to let us into the property. Claimed it was because we did the reservation through a third party. Frankly I think he was offsite and too lazy to one down and let us check in.

Quiet, clean rooms for extended stay or just a night or two! This one is amazingly quiet. Everyone was so kind.

The room had a weird layout, like it used to be a kitchenette or something. It had a tiny little desk, which made it virtually impossible to get any work on the laptop done, and who would want to with the cheap, uncomfortable little cafe' style chairs that were in there. Also, the front desk closes and is gated off at 11 pm.

The Aspen was comfortable and convenient. I choose it partly because of its proximity to the river boardwalk. I was also pleased there was a small fitness room to use, but the only equipment was one elliptical, one treadmill, and one recumbent bike--no hand weights at all! I never saw a fitness room with no handweights and that's what I really wanted to use. Maybe people steal them...?

The Aspen Hotel was a great choice for a stay. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient at check in. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We were on the back side of the hotel which offered a great view of a small lake and woods.

One of the nicer properties in Soldotna. We moved to this property after seeing the property we had originally reserved. I was very pleased with the upgrade and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, it was nice to have a kitchenette!

Clean, comfortable, laundry machines handy, perfect for an overnight. Nice reception staff. (Management please note: coffee creamer is Nasty, and it would be so much better to provide shelf-stable cream in both guest rooms and lobby. Just a hint.)

Was a good place to stay. Kids liked the pool. Hot tub was out of service.
