The staff were very off, there was no warm greeting when we arrived. We were called each morning about breakfast when we were there for a break not ti be disturbed with calls. We were so deflated by the place we checked out two days earlier

1. Half an hour for check-in with no other guests 2. Had to remind multiple times for welcome drink, slippers, tea bags 3. Very dirty balconies, had to separately request for cleaning 4. Was locked out of room for couple of hours due to faulty lock, and everyone just passed me from one person to another to have it fixed 5. Worst part - terrible restaurants: lack of variety, pathetic service, left over dishes from dinner are kept in breakfast

An atteactive looking hotel, with nice grounds at rear of main hotel. Reception on arrival at hotel was excellent. The staff are excellent, well trained and attentive, well done. Overall i would say hotel a reasonable to good 5 star property which is value for money paid. Only issue we had was the balcony of the rooms have lots of bird droppings on them. We asked to be moved rooms and this was done promptly. The rooms are spacious and reasonanly attractive.

After checking in, we upgraded to the Villas / cottages outside of the main hotel. It was a dream villa. Lovely decor and amazingly quiet away from the noise of central Jaipur. This place is far out from most places, but not too costly in a taxi. Would highly recommend.

We had an issue at check-in that was very poorly handled by the staff. After 30 minutes, we finally were allowed to speak with a manager. The hotel was either burning incense or spraying a scent in the hallway that we thought was unpleasant. We stayed at the hotel in winter and there was no heat. We needed to sleep in our clothes. Compared to the other hotels we used in Infia, this hotel was mediocre.!

The hotel is about 8km outside Jaipur on the Delhi Highway so not actually in the city. This was a bit of a disappointment initially but after spending some time in Jaipur I noticed there are few good hotels in the city and it was actually nice to escape the hustle and bustle. The Indana Palace is a lovely hotel - great service, beautiful comfy rooms - we were reminded to shut the doors to the balcony to keep the monkeys out and came home to find some sleeping on the balcony! We did not eat at the hotel. All in all it was a great clean, friendly peaceful base conveniently located to explore the sights of Jaipur.

The staff was helpful in setting up a last-minute driver and tour guide (although the third-party tour guide was not great). For dinner, I had ordered fish, which came out pink, so I asked to get a better cooked one and received one in the same condition. The staff saw that I was not satisfied and offered a free buffet and asked for feedback to improve. The room was adequate but could use a revamp. When we ordered a rollaway bed, we received a mattress on the floor and had to ask again for the rollaway frame, which was delivered eventually.

Wonderful western modern meal. The Chinese meals were the best we have had on our journey so far. Breakfast was included in the tariff but did not include Lassi, a local favourite of mine. Had to pay separately.

Muy buen hotel. El único incoveniente pued ser que esta lejos del centro de Jaipur, aunque en nuestro caso no importaba porque teníamos chofer.
