Rooms clean and well presented. Rooms had air con tea coffee making facilities and a fridge. Shower and toilet room clean and everything worked. Breakfast, plenty of options, continental, full English and healthy options. Room above a pub but noise transfer was minimal. Pub itself, good selections of beers, food excellent and a great beer garden with if needed shade. Rail station 5 minute walk. Plenty of cafes, bars close by. Brockwell Park 3 minute walk. Great location if attending a wedding at Brockwell park. We all really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room perfect, breakfast freshly cooked and a huge variety available. Food in the pub also great. 5 stars are not enough!

What an oasis The Half Moon at Herne is. Breakfast was plentiful, excellent coffee, our room (the suite) amazing, it was the size of a tennis court. The staff very good esp Ann Marie.

A beautifully laid out room, a cosy bed and a delicious breakfast! No one could ask for more. Perfect!

Recently stayed for 1 night in a cabin room, it was spotless on arrival, the bed was extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom was spotless, we also manage to have dinner in the restaurant the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was very satisfying. I would definitely book here again

The fun atmosphere of this small hotel with it's traditional English pub won us over from the moment we walked in the foor all the wsy untilvcheck-out.

Adam greeted us fantastically well and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Room was great and had everything we needed and more.

Legendary pub on Herne Hill Sad they stopped having live bands Plus got rid of tv’s to watch football Rooms are comfy Not big but works well Got two cards for “free drink” downstairs in the pub, no limitations were printed on it Used one for shots Went to use the second and was told by a manager it’s only good for house wine….ugh We spent over 650 pounds there all included in two days, so thinking that’s kinda cheap But overall it’s a nice UK pub to hang and stay

The welcome was warm and the chheckin was smooth. The room was spotless and had everythinh we needed. All the staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and thete was a great deal of choice. My friend had the full English and was more than satisfied.

Helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. I appreciate the staff with storing my luggage and helping me carrying to my room. Breakfast was included and had many options. Great walking location to transportation and park.
