Great stay

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Easy access to the main highway with shopping and dining.

Room had a bit of a funky smell to it. Smelled amazing compared to the LaQuinta we moved from down the street.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast.

We had a very nice stay in Kyle. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good.

Easy check-in, pleasant efficient staff. Left a phone in fitness room(unsure where had misplaced-staff recognized us when we returned that evening-that’s service!) Clean.

I had a fantastic experience during check-in—the customer service was top-notch and really attentive. The hotel and my room were spotless, which is super important to me when I'm looking for a place to stay. Honestly, I’d give it a perfect 10/10! Breakfast this morning was also amazing, keeping up the same high standards of cleanliness. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team for making sure everything was so neat and tidy! I also really appreciated the friendly greetings from the front desk staff; it made me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back to this hotel in the future. Thanks for everything!

Good service, nice staff no complaints

Upon arrival I was told a “3rd party” changed our 2 bed room to a single king room. This was false since I specifically paid extra to have the 2 queen beds, but since they were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a solution. Expedia made it right by crediting me back a bit, and the hotel gave me a few bottle waters & 2 free snacks, along with a rollaway bed that was actually comfier than the king size bed. The room was super spacious & the employees were friendly, so we’d stay again, but definitely have to confirm ahead of time that I’m getting the room I paid for. This location was 13 minutes from Texas State University which we were there touring & only a few minutes further from all the shopping outlets. Great location overall.
