We thank you for the kind words regarding our hotel's location, spacious room and accommodating cafe staff.
We do would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced: no wi-fi, which is intermittent throughout the entire island, since Boracay is a small island; no phone in room 4C - each room has a phone to contact the Front Office for any requests needed by the guests, so thank you for letting us know about this. We will contact our maintenance department to prevent this from happening to other guests.
Lastly, we do offer the lower floors for PWD guests or senior citizens, but thank you for also including this in your review so that others are aware.
